The only personal information you type into this website is on the quote form on the Contact page: your name, phone number, email, location, project type, approximate monthly electricity bill, and any project details you add.
Separately, this site uses Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, and to measure whether our advertising is working. These set cookies and collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location, and which ad or link brought you here) — see "Analytics and advertising" below for what that means.
When you press "Request My Free Quote", the form is sent directly to us using Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that forwards your submission to our inbox by email. You do not need to open your own email app or press send yourself — submitting the form is enough.
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and get in touch about your project. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Web3Forms processes your quote-form submission only to deliver it to our inbox by email, and does not use it for anything else. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and serves its own fonts, so no font request is sent to Google.
This site runs two tracking scripts, on every page:
Google Analytics shows us traffic and behaviour — which pages get visited, roughly where from, and which device — so we can see what's working. It sets cookies to do this.
Meta Pixel tells Facebook/Instagram which visitors came from our ads and, if you submit the quote form, that the ad led to an actual enquiry. This is how we measure whether an ad is working and improve who it's shown to. It also sets cookies, and if you arrived via a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta may already associate this visit with your Facebook/Instagram account under its own privacy policy.
Neither tool is used to identify you personally on our end, and we don't combine this data with the quote form's contents beyond knowing that a submission happened. You can opt out of this kind of tracking generally via your browser's cookie/privacy settings, or Meta's own ad-preferences controls at facebook.com/ads/preferences.
This website does not accept file uploads. If you send us drawings, photos or documents, it will be as an email attachment or over WhatsApp, and it is stored the same way any business email or chat attachment is.
Enquiry emails are kept as part of our normal business correspondence for as long as needed to handle your project and for our own record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your details at any time — see below.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll action it.
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page will change too.
